Delicious Chocolate Cake Recipe



This is a simple and delicious recipe for homemade chocolate cake. It's perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup boiling water

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round baking pans.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin). Pour batter evenly into prepared pans.
  5. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool in pans for 10 minutes, then remove from pans and cool completely on wire racks.
  7. Frost with your favorite frosting and enjoy!

Classic Spaghetti Carbonara

This authentic Italian pasta dish is quick and easy to make. It's creamy, cheesy, and oh so delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 4 slices bacon, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
  2. In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together eggs and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet with bacon and garlic. Remove from heat and quickly stir in egg mixture, tossing until the pasta is coated and creamy. If needed, add reserved pasta water to thin out the sauce.
  5. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
